- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is my second round of physio I've had for two separate sporting injuries. The latest one was a torn ligament in my shoulder, booked an appointment and spoke one of the physios- Amit, I explained what happened and straight away he got to work. Using different methods and techniques in helping me recover. He gave me a time scale of my recovery and also gave me exercises I could do at home.
